Highlights

Speyside

Speyside

Speyside is a remarkable destination for whisky enthusiasts, nature lovers and those seeking a taste of Scotland's rich cultural and historical heritage. Characterized by rolling hills, picturesque valleys, and the meandering River Spey, Speyside offers breathtaking views, charming towns, and a wealth of things to see and do. The region is also home to the Cairngorms National Park, one of the largest national parks in the UK. Playing host to more than 50 distilleries, Speyside has the greatest concentration of malt whisky producers in the world, and we will visit more than a few of them.

Lochness

Lochness

Loch Ness contains more water than all the lakes of England and Wales combined, making it the most voluminous lake in the UK. This beautiful loch is located in the Scottish Highlands and is shrouded in mystery. Does a monster lurk in the deep? See for yourself as we take a boat trip from our home on the southern banks of the Loch, Fort Augustus. Loch Ness is one of those rare destinations that engages everyone, from children enchanted with Nessie, to adults interested in photography, hiking and more. It combines Jacobite history, stunning scenery and the possibility of a "monster" sighting, ensuring it's a perfect destination all year round.

Castles

Castles

From wonderfully preserved medieval strongholds and romantic cliff top ruins, to turreted fairy-tale châteaus and haunted tower houses steeped in legend, Scotland is bursting with spellbinding castles to visit. We will take the opportunity to take you to three of Scotland's finest on this tour. Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness where over 1000 years of stirring history centered on the Great Glen. Eilean Donan Castle, one of the most iconic images of Scotland. Situated on an island at the point where three great sea lochs meet and surrounded by some majestic scenery. Blair Castle is nestled in the landscape of Highland Perthshire and has been home to 19 generations of Stewarts and Murrays of Atholl.
