Halfway between Glen Arbor and Leland in Maple City Michigan, Little Traverse Inn is the ideal Up North getaway along M22 – just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan and Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore. Whether celebrating a new marriage, attending a festival, or simply roaming the lands of cherry trees, you’ll experience the charm of this historic inn and the warm hospitality of our staff and Scottish innkeeper, Graeme. Built in 1890, the Inn has been recently renovated to offer six guest rooms with private baths (including two master suites) that are comfy second-story retreats. As our guest, you’ll enjoy a full chef’s breakfast featuring the best of the seasons’ local ingredients. As our friend, you’ll find yourself at home. We offer six (6) rooms on the second floor of the building and each has their own private bathrooms and a full cooked breakfast for each guest to add to your Northern Michigan experience. And while you are here, you may choose to dine in our full service restaurant. This isn’t just any eating establishment, this is a pub like you’ve never experienced with grub prepared with a twist to match! Queen Room: A little extra special love has gone into the design of The Yorkshire room. Yorkshire, England is the childhood home of Graeme – your Innkeeper. Make sure to ask him about growing up there. Enjoy all the amenities your newly remodeled room has to offer, and then head down to The Gastro Pub to hear Graeme spin a good story.
